The Pinawa Golf Course meanders along the Winnipeg River and the Pinawa Channel for 6270 challenging yards carved out of the Canadian Shield wilderness.  Expect to be awed by the beauty of the course, amazed at the wildlife viewing opportunities you are almost guaranteed and challenged by the layout of the course.

Along the course of play you will be challenged by natural water hazards, rock out-crops, narrow fairways and challenging greens.  Enjoy the challenging 9th, Pinawa's signature hole.  This 324 yard par 4 begins with a tee shot over a scenic bay of the Winnipeg River.  The elevated green is well guarded by the Winnipeg River itself, and a deep challenging bunker that you will want to avoid.  Tall birch trees also stand guard along the green.  The green on this hole offers you a chance, though, as unlike most of the greens on this course, it is relatively even and manageable.

The Pinawa Golf Course is one of the most scenic and challenging in Manitoba and is fast becoming the preferred away from home course.
