The Pinawa Golf Club considers any pre-booked group outside of the normal two week booking policy with 30 players or more to be a tournament reservation.

Shotgun starts require a minimum of 100 paid players and must start at 1:00 pm or later.  Modified shotgun starts for smaller groups are possible, please contact our golf professional for availability.  Shotgun starts are not permitted on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays in June, July and August.

A $500 deposit is required when making a tournament booking.

Confirmation of exact numbers for golf and dinner is required no later than five days prior to the day of the tournament.

In accordance with M.L.C.C. regulations, the Pinawa Golf Club must supply all alcoholic beverages.  Private coolers are not permitted.

Slow play is still the #1 problem at most golf courses today.  Our marshals have been instructed to enforce a 4 1/2 hour pace of play policy.

Please help us keep our course in prestine condition by repairing ball marks, replacing divots and raking bunkers.  Please keep all power carts and pull carts off of tee boxes and greens.
